    Works like a charm

    My right shoulder is bone-on-bone. I haven't gotten around to having the shoulder replaced because the recover time is 6 - 8 weeks in a sling. I don't have time for that. However, I use Rapha rub on the shouler and upper arm twice a day and I really don't have a problem. Is the shouldr occasionally painful? Of course it is, but I can still use the shoulder.
